A lot of people in the world this generation aren't well informed about being healthy and they aren't aware of the positive impact it can have on your life. Cardiovascular training involves exercises that use both our cardiovascular and respiratory systems. Activities that cause your heart to beat faster or you to breathe rapidly are activities that help improve or enhance your cardiovascular endurance. Cardiovascular training is often referred to simply as "cardio". Some things you can do to improve your cardiovascular endurance is to take a walk for 30 minutes which can amazingly make a big difference, or you can jog or play sports or do stretching. These are just some of many exercises you can perform to help better yourself for a healthy life.
Three effective cardio exercises that can be done at home are Jumping Jacks, High Knees, & Butt Kicks and these three effective exercises can make a big difference if performed on a daily basis and if you help yourself by maintaining a balanced and healthy diet. With these exercises your heart is being worked because it makes you use oxygen and it gets your blood flow going at a faster rate.

During the Summer Vacation I can go to a park and jog or perhaps play a sport of my liking which would be soccer and basketball.
